So, is there any way Wade lands in Cleveland? Sure doesn't sound like it. I feel like he'd be amazing as a 3rd option.

He'd be taking a huge pay cut to so. Saw Cavs can offer 3 million. Other teams are offering 20+.

LeBron should just play for the minimum. Winking

Put yourself in LeBrons shoes. Imagine taking a paycut to let Wade get his money and come play for you only to watch Wade hobble around on a bad knee and be generally ineffective during the finals like he was 3 years ago for the Spurs finals win.

I think you are probably right, but I wouldn't count out SA if Gasol is healthy for reasons already given. They could use another shooter, though, IMO.

Have to say I can't see this Wade talk going anywhere with the Cavs. I'd even go so far as to say on THIS team, JR is a better fit than what Wade can offer. Really not even sure what Wade can offer. If the guy wants to play for 3 mil, OK.....but I'm not breaking up the team for him.

If KAT continues to show the growth curve he has I could see them being extremely viable in a year or two. But right now it's still a big gamble.

I like Detroit a little more going forward than I do Minnesota but I like them both

I actually think Wade would be very intriguing on Cleveland. If he was to defer, a lot, to LBJ and Kyrie, he would fit in well. Wade had a really good year last year and is still a gamer. (i really did not like typing that as Wade is the player in the NBA I dislike the most. Before the hater police come around, it is based on history with the Celtics, so calm down)

If Wade were cool with being in a super 6th man role. I could see Cleveland repeating. Wade is just a mini/older version of Lebron. He is still good enough he would abuse 2nd units.

Would definitely be interesting, just not sure what he offers beyond what they get from Kyrie and LeBron

Quality depth and a guy who is capable of defending 3 positions. Also a guy who can score. It is a long season.

Probably all he could provide on the Cavs (off the bench), as there is really nothing he can give them that they don't get from Kyrie/LeBron. He wont help spread the floor, as no one needs to guard him at the 3 point line.

Either way it's moot, as I cannot see him taking so much less (nor should he).

All good points (not as sure about the D at this point in his career). As mentioned, not willing to move other parts they need to get him, but if he wants to get a ring with his bud, then come on over (and if it doesn't mean they let JR walk).

There are now 3 Plumlee brothers in the NBA. Marshall just signed a 3 year contract with 1 year guaranteed with the Knicks.

Tyler Ulis got a contract with the Phoenix Suns. Received a late first round type contract.

I have been told that Coach K doesn't develop big guys. The Plumlees had a combined 13 years at Duke and are all now playing in the NBA. So...

Good for Ulis too! I think he will have a long NBA career. I could see him taking a similar path to my favorite NBA player right now, Isaiah Thomas. Not the same type of player but same stature and heart.

Everyone seems to want it like it was in the '80s and somewhat the '90s so here we go. Can't wait until next season.

It's just summer league but the 76ers team is a lot of fun to watch. Simmons has been impressive even if he can't score a lick

He doesn't have any picks thanks to Billy King, he's gotta try to get young decent players somehow. Such a rough spot, a complete mess.

It's pretty much a stone cold lock Tyler Ullis will be a solid NBA player for years. Hilarious he was still available in the 2nd round. At what point do GMs realize, "hey this raw project or this draft and stash euro will most likely be a worse pick than Tyler Ullis, maybe I should just grab the solid player who will help me win now despite the fact he will never be a homerun, only a single or double."

I want to say thank you to the Celtics and Suns for passing on Dunn. I know it is only one summer league game, but he was incredibly impressive on both ends of the court.

Kings SL managed to score 47 points for an entire game. That has to be a record.

Devin Booker going off. I guess the only reason he is playing to be in backcourt with ulis again. Booker dropped 18 in the 3rd

I am going to wait on saying your welcome. Jaylen Brown looked solid in his debut as well. I did see Dunn play and in college too. He is really good. He is ready defensively.

Yeah, I saw that a couple weeks ago. Good signs and hopefully it pays dividends nedt season. I know some Canadian fans aren't happy with Wiggins not playing for the national team, but he made the best decision for his individual skill development, which will benefit team Canada in the long run.

Zach is part of the USA select team that will be scrimmaging against team USA, to help them prepare for Rio. That should be a good experience for him.

I'm disgusted with how hard ESPN blows Ben Simmons. I'm actually convinced that they wait outside of his shower in the mornings to incessantly rave about how terrific he is at washing himself.

It's the ESPN way. Take something that is probably true and shove it down your throat repeatedly until you puke.

Brogdon with two good games in Vegas so far.

Had 9/11/3 in Game 1 and 14/4/4 in Game 2. Playing mostly PG for the Bucks.

Justin Anderson had 19 and 6 for the Mavs in their only game so far.
