    what's everybody watching tonight?

Just turned on the Wiz-Bucks game and will probably go for the double-header when Lakers-Queens starts later tonight.

the Okafor/Noel combo was looking solid earlier but I couldn't stomach any more Sixers on my screen tonight.

That shit is blurry as hell though. I told him to stop sharing the vids until he gets a better camera or technique, whichever comes first.

OKC with a nice comeback at Orlando. Westbrook had 48/11/8, Durant 43/12.

    Drummond 20/20 game.

Towns has been the best player on the court so far tonight. T-Wolves with the 10 point lead over Denver at half.

Watching Wolves/Nuggets on one and Suns/Blazers on other. Towns is a stud, playing great.

Towns is so insane lol. Going coast to coast, grabbing boards, dominating the paint, making nice passes, playing great defense.

showing flashes of being a franchise player. he's like Cousins without the baggage.

once that staff puts about 20lbs of muscle on Towns, watch out

Final line for Towns: 28 points, 14 rebounds, 4 blocks, 2 assists in 33 minutes. He was playing with a tweaked ankle as well.

    Couple arbitrary stats for Towns:

    - First teenager in NBA history to start his career with back-to-back double-doubles.

    - Second ever teenager to put up at least 28 points and 14 rebounds in a game. The other player was Lebron.

So how many Kansas fans want to discuss WCS's 17 point, 9 rebound, 3 block performance?

    Siva>Traylor>WCS

Willie Cauley-Stein having him a great game as well. 17 rebounds, 9 rebounds, 3 blocks, 1 steal, 1 assist, 1 turnover in his first start of his career.
Man, really happy for the Kentucky guys tonight.

Pistons start the season 3-0, among those wins are last year's #1 seed (Atlanta) and #3 seed (Chicago) in the East. Slow down, SVG. Slow down, bro.

After Cauley-Stein's performance tonight, I'm not sure George Karl has a choice in the matter, he's probably going to have to start WCS against the Clippers tomorrow. Blake Griffin abused the Kings in game one, and WCS never drew that assignment (Karl said that it wasn't fair for anybody to open their career against Blake Griffin).
    Statement made.

After these upcoming golden years, the franchise will fall into 40 years of abysmally bad play. Detroit done sold their souls.

Why would Kansas fans care about WCS? If you're bringing up an already put to bed argument than just know that Self never recruited him because he played for a club team that sends players to Kansas State and Missouri and never KU. It's stupid but that's just the way it is. KU fans that try and use excuses as to why he wasn't recruited(better options, didn't fit Self's system, etc.) are just idiots.

    To be fair, it was:

    Siva > Wall
and according to some, Traylor > WCS

At least Kansas fans didn't make the ridiculously ludicrous prediction that Siva was better than Wall (although there was TRob > Davis).

Kentucky has a lot of success despite having all of these inferior players. Laughing

I'm fully aware there were a few idiotic louisville fans that said Siva was a better player than wall......

However the biggest sentiment among louisville fans was that landing Siva would be more beneficial to louisville in college than UK getting wall, because we knew that Siva was an undersized PG who had zero chance of leaving school early. So basically meaning 4 years of Siva would be better than having wall for just one year.

Obviously that's still very debatable as wall had a helluva year for UK, but Siva made two final fours and won a title ring (unless the NCAA takes it away) so it's hard to say Siva didn't accomplish more in his college career than wall even though it's not a fair comparison because he had 3 more years. Also walls success at Kentucky added a lot to the the perception of uk putting freshman in the league, as he was cals first at uk, which is something that contributed greatly to kentucky a future success but can't actually be quantified.

I'm also aware that there was an idiotic faction of louisville fans that thought Siva was actually the better ball player coming out of high school, but that was definitely the minority of fans.
