Impossible. They all have plenty of insufferable d-bags. But maybe Iowa? I have heard the fans at the Citrus Bowl were cool.
Better as in......? What, being nice.....cordial....classy, etc,etc...OR,better as in traveling, passion, etc,etc...
IMO, its UK. I've ran it to a few **** tards at Rupp, at the Blue Martini---but for the most part, about 95% of UK fans I;ve encountered at games have been pleasant as ****....I guess it helps though tht the average age I've encountered was arpund 80, and 85% of those suffered from alzheimers... 😁 So they probably didn;t even know we were at a game---Probaly figured we were someones funeral, or something...🤣
