Phillies can’t win the first game of a series, but they’ll stomp there way winning the next two though.

I don't wanna jynx it but the Cubs starting pitching staff are lights out right now. Lester now has the lowest ERA in baseball, Hendricks is a machine who can pitch 8+ innings every outting, Quintana and Hamels are filling the 3 and 4 spots as well as you can and....oh yeah. We still have Yu Darvish. He's ugh...well, 4 of 5 of the Cubs starters are lights out right now.

@Starscream. hows the Tribe staff doing a quarter of the way into our bet?

Byron Buxton is starting to realize his full potential and it's glorious. Leads all of baseball in doubles with 18, 17 of which are standup because of his insane speed. All while playing gold glove caliber defense in CF.

Phillies do the rewind. Win the first game, then get pummeled the next three. Sheesh. I know the Brewers Juice Bar is well stocked, but they really poured it on.

Cubs have won or split their last 9 series. Reds have a chance to give the Cubs their first series loss since April 7th.

....and this one belongs to the Reds! 4-2 over Chicago, and with that the Reds take the series.

My money is still on Milwaukee to win the division.

Absolutely no question the NL Central is the best division in baseball. I stand by my preseason prediction for the Reds, +.500, 80-85 wins. Just wait until Scooter Gennett rejoins the lineup and we add Alex Wood to our rotation. We're just getting started SmokinSmile

If the Cubs pitching staff keeps it up I feel quite confident in reclaiming first by seasons end.

If Brandon Morrow could stop getting injured that would be great as well. The only real hole in our roster is the lack of a true closer.

Good start by Austin Riley for the Braves...4 for 7 overall, with a homer, a double and 2 RBI. The Braves have some good young prospects panning out so far.

Culberson is not one of them (30 yrs old) but he is on fire off the bench. .469 3 HR 10 RBI in only 32 at bats.

Reds continue their trial by fire stretch of the schedule and face LA at home this weekend. Next after that we have Milwaukee and Chicago again. Big time chance for us to make a few statements. Started off right by taking the first Cubs series. Lets go Reds!

Wow, the Mariners suck and they started out the season so well too. Twins have 5 homers through 3 and are up 10-0.

The offensive explosion has been unreal. A perfect combination of smart FA signings and our young guys taking the next step. Two of our top offensive players are on the IL right now too and we are still scoring runs at a high clip.

Thank God the AL Central is shit besides the Tribe, no time in history has a team accomplished so much playing the worst baseball/suffering injuries and still in a great spot with 4 teams rebuilding.....gotta love it.

All the catastrophic injuries and still over .500 which is crazy. Tribe has the 2nd best bullpen on the AL(2.89 ERA).

Tribe also is ranked 7th out of 15 teams in the AL as far as defense, with all the injuries nobody saw that coming.

Thank God im in a division with 4 shit teams, thank you Christ.

Thanks for the tip. How does my back look? Braves have been hot and the Phils middling and you’re still in 2nd place. This hot swing has only resulted in you making up 2 games.

Mets in disarray. Just got swept by Miami. Alcantara for Miami had a CGSO and only threw 90 pitches.
