If they aren't going to make the coaches testify they can probably get away with this.

Wouldn’t do a thing until Sean Miller and Bill Self are gone if I were any school caught up in this.
In my mind, LSU has probably done exhaustive research to cover their liability concerning the issue. Im sure they are in some sort of catch 22 b/c they have an obligation to protect their university and at the same time honor the terms of Wades contract for legal reasons.

1-why wouldn't LSU wait to re-instate Wade until they find out whether coaches can be subpoena'd? The recruits they got at Uk with Tubby and Billy G vs who they got instantly when Cal arrived isn’t comparable. If it was because of “The Kentucky Effect” then Tubby and BG would’ve gotten the same caliber players.
I guess the fact that Cal is a much better recruiter than Tubby or BG has nothing to do with that?

Speculation. However we all know the real cheaters are down the road 70 miles. The school proven to provide prostitutes to 16 year old recruits and be stupid enough to pay recruits while on probation. The school that had a title vacated and getting ready to face the NCAA music again

We know for sure Louisville's program is dirty. Proven by the NCAA to provide prostitutes to 16 year old recruits and pay money to recruits while on probation. NCAA vacates 2013 title and called Louisville"s actions as deplorable . As soon as that concludes Louisville decided we haven't cheated enough so let's pay some recruits while we are on probation. Now NCAA will punish them again. The gift that keeps on giving.

I know I'm wasting my time even engaging with you, but let's run through your logic and why it's wrong for at least 3 reasons:
1) The Kentucky Effect: You state that UK must have been cheating with Cal because of the caliber of player they got under Cal was miles better than under Tubby and Billy G. So you rule out "The Kentucky Effect" off the bat. But you make no effort to reconcile that recruiting is largely about both the institution AND the coach. So in order for your "logic" to be sound, Tubby and Billy G would have to recruit a similar caliber of player at other stops. I'm not going to make an exhaustive list because this is all easily accessible information even for someone lacking in argument skills, such as yourself, but suffice it to say that Billy G and Tubby did not/have not recruited as well at other stops as they did at UK. And in fact we see that "The Kentucky Effect" has some force just from observing the recruits available to Cal, Tubby, and Billy G here and elsewhere.
2) The Calipari Effect: Cal was/is a much better recruiter than Tubby and Billy G. We see that both at UK and at the coaches' other stops. For example, the 2008 RSCI ranking (last for Cal at Memphis) saw Cal bring into Memphis the #3, #15, #38, and #54. And from the 2009 RSCI rankings, off the top of my head at least Cousins, Bledsoe, Wall, Xavier Henry, and others were committed to or strongly considering Memphis (a non-Power 5 school); with the exception of Bledsoe, these were 5* guys. Cal recruited well at Memphis, and should have been expected to recruit better than Tubby and Billy G at UK.
3) First Mover Effect: Cal was the first to openly embrace the players first/OAD pitch, and it worked well for him. He had Washington, Rose, and Evans at Memphis, and he went all-in when he went to UK; some UK fans are still salty about the "best day in program history" comments re: the 2010 draft. We've seen other coaches change their approach in response, which is probably a big part of why UK's recruiting has fallen off somewhat the last 5 years.
Maybe UK/Cal has been cheating this whole time. But your "analysis" is counterfactual and devoid of logic. 1/10, would not read again.

The history is documented, you choose to deny it like a typical raftard. Please by all means denounce the point shaving in the 50s and Suttons cheating in the 80s along with the death penalty, and the hiring of a certified cheater to help restore your program that had fallen to ashes lol.
