Other than Baylor, the SEC appears to be better than the BIG12. Bama would easily be the 2nd best team in the shit conference.

The SEC is not better than the Big 12. In the "Challenge" the SEC didn't have to use five of their worst teams, while the Big 12 put up its entire conference. I think most are in agreement that Texas would've crushed Kentucky.

Not really. Every team not named Gonzaga and Baylor has a pretty embarrassing loss at this point.
FSU, with its 71-4 home record the last five years (#1 in major conference basketball) has nothing to apologize for.

Are you talking about the SEC now or over the last 5 years? It seems like you referring to different measuring metrics?
Missouri has wins over Oregon and Illinois, and they're 5-3 in the SEC. Tennessee has wins over Colorado and Kansas. and they're 5-4 in the SEC. That argument can work both ways.
That Missouri loss never happened.

Not real sure of the point of in comparing conferences when a team from the wcc might be the best of them all.
Granted my team is in the ACC, which has quickly become a baseball conference, I suppose.
