it really is sad how some coaches

    are desperate to win games out side their conference. Bradley useds 7 different pitcher to beat Iowa 6-4 starting with the 5 inning they changed their pitchers in the 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th with 2 different pitchers in the 1st 4 innings.

    oh well anything to get a win I guess.

    true but its a shame a small school does this vs out of ci=onference teams and don't use the same technique to win conference games, Western Illinois used 8 pitchers to beat Iowa

    That's way better than a coach who lets his pitcher throw 146 pitches in a game to get a win...

    never heard of that, most college games that I have watched most starters throw 100-110 then get pulled,

    of course that's if they are not struggling. that's a good way to ruin a kids shoulder.

    to me its makes sense to let a pitcher go a minimum of 5 inning to start the game if they do not struggle, if they struggle then get the hook out before to much damage is done.
