It is time to get back into the stock market

@VulvHa can you do you have $100,000 just to spend on anything and not care about it? don't give a crap if you would or not, just a simple yes or no is all that needs to be said.

but I can and did. nobody walked up and gave me that money. I got it by investing in penny stocks,
if they do anything great if I break even nothing gained by doing, if I end up with less, I will just let it ride and let my kids decide what to do with it.

this makes you and a few others look like fool for calling me out for not knowing what I am talking about,

let Vulva speak for himself. after all he is the self proclaimed stock market expert. so he should be well over 5X the amount or more over what I have.

And lost it

And lost it
not yet it is starting to recover, today it came back over $2900 in one day,

the only way I lose is if I sell at a loss. other wise I have not lost anything, also main stock is in the black so I actually have made money on my initial investment to date.
I have a stock that is 0.001 away from moving into the black
if I sell them both I will have $9103 cash to work with

not a loss either. but a small profit, but I won't sell the PURA as I am confident it will climb again. at $5,000 per penny increase it won't take long for me to recover my investment.

right now it sits @$14,291.30 after hitting a low of $10,715.85 all in just 4 days.

still waiting on loudmouth @VulvHa to respond.
Respond to what? You are a poor that lives in a trailer in buttfck Iowa. I live in south Fairfield County, CT in one of the wealthiest parts of the country. Do you think anyone actually believes any of your bullsht?

Edit: Now I see. I have way way way more than you will ever have, and I am young enough to really enjoy it. Stay away from the Tyson plant.

the question was and still is do you have #100,000 CASH to just play with and not care what happens to it?

I am impeccable in deciding what, how, and when to invest and care about all my investments. I am never careless. This is one of the reasons why I am successful in life and you live in a trailer.

Edit: Also, your $100K isn’t remotely close to cash. You will get killed trying liquidate pura. You’ve been scammed.

Edit #2: No one actually believes you have more than $100.

I purchased $13,000 worth of beanie babies in 1996 which I still have (I will retire off of this) and I have ALWAYS kept all of my money in my Wells Fargo Savings Account because it’s GUARANTEED positive returns every single month.

Tell me I’m not killing it in life right now.

don't live in a trailer. own 2 homes, a 2019 29' Motor home [all paid for] the 2nd home was to be a rental but my Granddaughter with her boyfriend and their son live in.

the 3 combined are worth $315,000. trailor not even close.

playing in the pennies stocks are only careless when you need them to live.

playing with $100,000 in the pennies is a hobby.

today the DOW -40.86
S&P +0.43
10 YTN +0.01
oil +0.11
Gas down to 0.68

my PURA is up .0002 to .0132 a recovery from a low 0.0110 which is where I invested originally. my 401K IS Down because of the Corona Virus like just about most investors in their 401k's .

you might actually be half way smart if you would stop treating people around you as being stupid.

you may be young but me I am old and as they say with AGE COMES WISDOM. you have a long way to go.

also there is book smart then there is street smart and you are not close to the latter. once you get into your 60's maybe you might actually realize that. RESPECT YOUR ELDERS SONNY.

don't know that one, PURA is up 0.00155 this morning up from 0.0013. its climbing.
What’s the trading volume on a stock like PURA? I mean if you put in a sell order for all of your stock would there even be enough buyers? The other day you said a sell for $1 worth of stock cut your holding in half. That doesn’t seem right but I’m no expert. Since you’re the expert here why don’t you explain it.

Looked it up on my Vanguard account. Couldn't find it on robinhood or webull.

Average looks to be ~5M.

the day avg for Pura is 5,000,000 shares sold.

as for my FM stock I bought 2000 shares at $3.00 ps
then it started going down as I bought more at a much lower price I ended owning 5,000 shares = $1 per share

then it started to go back up to when it hit $2.00 ps I sold it many to get out of that stock.
now do you understand?

its really simple if you feel you paid to much for a certain stock and it goes down you buy at the lowest price you can to reduce the actual value then if/when it hits that price that you have dropped it too by buying it much cheaper then you sell. IF you lost faith in that stock.

right now Pura is up 0.0010 from 0.0130 to 0.0140 for a value of $7,000 with a initial investment of $5,500.

although someone somehow sold 100 share for less than was bid just now dropping the value to 0.0138 when the bid was 0.0140.

somebody is doing their best to keep it from moving upward. another just sold 328 shares at 0.0135.

2000 x 3 = $6,000 initial investment
Stock drops, you buy more
5000 x 1 = $5,000 investment all in

So you got paid $1,000 to take on 3000 more shares?

didn't get paid the stock dropped to the point that I able to buy 3,000 share to make the avg share price $1,000 per share , then sold it at $2 per share for a total of $10,000

where we are getting confused is on the initial # of shares.

DOW +260.01 still down on the week @23,775.
S&P +38.94
10 YTN NC
Oil +0.13 @17.07
Gas 0.70 ending price,

my stock + 00135 to 0.0143 for a increase from 0.0123 to start the week.

as the economie picks up it is going to be interesting to how this goes.

right now the DOW high was 29,000+ before it dropped to 19,000 give or take a couple hundred, so a nice rebound of 4,770 give or take a couple hundred.

next week some of the states will start opening things so watching the DOW and S&P will need to be watched more closely, for the major investors,

In his defense, Gil investing $100,000 in a penny stock that operates out of a P.O. Box is possibly the most believable thing I’ve read on here
the problem is these companies do not operate out of a post office box.

IIRC he never has invested that much. He did once have 100K+ in unrealized gains but didn’t capitalize on it.

I did.

So if I’m reading it correctly, so far you’ve invested $34,854.07 and those investments are now worth $11,812.63.

You have 1 stock in the green. Take that stock away and you’ve invested $29,354.07 into stocks that are now worth $4,662.63.

In some instances your value today is worth less than 1% of what your originally put in. One of your investments went from $9719.47 to $1.

The only time it seems that you could have cashed out on any of this for a big win, you instead hodled! and it’s now worth 5% of what it was at its peak.

First of all, Laughing

Second of all, why would anybody listen to you when it comes to investing?

telling anyone how to invest their money, what I don't include is the money on hand to reinvest.
as for that stock I spent 9719 to buy 20,000 share in a oil company. they did a reverse stock split leaving me with just 1 share, I can't control companies in what they do in splits either reverse or forward.

I also have taken cash out to pay for items, one was the motor home, the 2nd was to pay for the rental property, between then cost 75,000 for the rental and 119,000 for the motor home, for a total of $194,000 that I have made off my investment in Penny stock.

PTCO I will see if if drops to under .10 and will by it at that price as $1,000 will get me 10,000 shares then when it hits $1.00 per share I will recover $10,000 of the 10,917 invested.

this is what I did with my Fannie May stock to recover my original investment.

the opening bid looks to be $0.15 per share for Monday. drop another 0.050 per share and buy then wait for the Oil company's stock to go back up.

as for my main stock every penny it goes up my stock values goes up $5,000.

pura opening bid is 0.0132 with the asking price being 0.0155 and considering that the closing price was 0.0143, with Friday morning opening price was 0.0130. for a 0.0013 increase $650.00 on the day.

The reverse split is not the reason your investment went from $10k to $1. Something else in the market caused that. Splits and reverse splits don’t change the total value of the investment.

it does when you go from owning 20,000 share to 1 it sure as hell does a lot of damage, by your thinking my 1 share should be worth 10,000 MINIMUM.

NOW IF I still had my 20,000 share and @$1.00 per share my stock value would be $20,000, not $1.00 that is the result of the reverse stock split.

this is the 1st time where I seen dealt with stock split this drastic, losing 19,999 share and left with just 1,

even with CONC I paid $2250 for 10,000,000 after the split I had 10,000 left 0.25 per share making the value $2500. but within a week it had dropped to 0.001 per share reaching as low as 0.0004. in the end I spent another $438 to bring my total holding to 489,478 shares. the shares are now worth .0045 for a total value of $2202 so for me to break even the price needs to reach 0.0056 for a value of 2692.13 to break even and a few dollars in profit.

to spend on something else, or leave in and invest in something else. when I bought the stock they were just developing the new meters that the Utility company's could be attached to the house so that the meter reader had to do was plug into the meter was a portable hand held recorder.

If you have 20,000 shares worth $10k that split [edit: 1:20,000, not 20,000:1], you then have 1 share worth $10k. It’s non-dilutive. After hours trading can change that a little, but not drastically, especially with low volume OTC stocks.

The fact that the share price apparently tanked after the reverse split, is not a function of the reverse split. Something else happened.

the price shown after the split was $2.00 per share THERE was nothing else that HAPPENED as you put it. the reverse split killed the price.

in all my years of trading have I ever seen or heard of a 20,000 to 1 reverse stock split.
there are still 3.9 million shares outstanding, that means they had to have 78 BILLION shares to begin with, no where did I see that listed when I bought the stock I paid $2.05 per share and at that price there stock cap price would have been over 150 billion dollars even Exxon Mobile @$43.73 per share the market cap is @$185 Billion dollars. plus Exxon Mobile pays a $.87 per share dividend while PETRO Gas showed a per share loss of 0.17 per share loss after the reverse split.

not a particular intriguing stock to buy at $2.05 per share, buying Petros gas in the beginning before finding out how many share were outstanding looked a good buy considering the oil market before the crash caused by the Virus,

Then something does not add up. Did they issue new shares? That could/would make the price drop.
