A travel is when a player moves without dribbling. Yes?

A double dribble is when a player touches the ball with two hands before/while bouncing it to himself. Yes?

I feel like my 27 years on Earth have provided me with the experience and knowledge to understand these two seemingly simple rules, but what I watched in the NC State v. Syracuse game tonight kind of flipped the whole damn script. Just wanna make sure I didn't miss anything.

*NC State made important shots and beat Syracuse because Syracuse didn't defend well enough to win the game. NC State earned the win.

Bordan is a baseball ump now. He’s lost all knowledge about basketball rules he said.
