I'm exactly the same I just do it behind people's backs instead
The number of dads banned from the Boys and Girls Club when I played basketball...Amazing.I don't argue with fans IRL..... MOF only time I've ever had to interact with fans in that sense, was during LL or travel baseball/basketball. Parents can be awful. Same with coaches.
^ Has said "Hilldog" in at least a half-dozen conversations alone today IRLI talk zero politics IRL. So there's that.
But overall, besides cussing more here than I do IRL outside of sports, I am pretty much me here.
Wojo I am no longer shocked, or amazed at how some parents act. Coaches as well. Then it trickles down to the kids. Yapping at the refs/umps is part of it. But when they make it personal........as most always do. Well, I then treat it that way.The number of dads banned from the Boys and Girls Club when I played basketball...Amazing.
I basically never talk politics. TBH, just not educated enough to do so.I talk zero politics IRL. So there's that.

I’m amazed how parents act at youth baseball but yet have no clue what they’re yelling about. It’s gotten better as my son has gotten older & moved more into PG Events.Wojo I am no longer shocked, or amazed at how some parents act. Coaches as well. Then it trickles down to the kids. I occasionally work as an UIC(Umpire In Chief) for GameDay baseball. Worked some for Past Time. Only two I will work for. Very well ran. Elite teams. We have a local organization here that's called Home Run baseball. Good outift. Know the guys who started it very well, and they've done a great job.I’m amazed how parents act at youth baseball but yet have no clue what they’re yelling about. Those younger days of BPA & USSSA baseball were pretty bad.
We’ve played in Clarksville for Home Run Baseball, same organization you’re talking about?I occasionally work as an UIC(Umpire In Chief) for GameDay baseball. Worked some for Past Time. I could see that, you’re one of the more level-headed posters. Never really seen you fly off the rails like most. When discussing something I'm pretty much the same when dealing with the same sort of people who I discuss things with on here. In real life most people I know aren't like some of the posters here though. Also, in real life the fact that even when I'm arguing I'm pretty light-hearted about it comes through better. That doesn't always come through on here.
In general I'm extremely laid back IRL. Like, very low stress and do not get worked up about much of anything. Sports is really the only thing that I ever get fired up about. People who know me even casually and who have never played sports with me would be pretty surprised to ever see me get fired up about anything.
Neither are most politicians.I basically never talk politics. TBH, just not educated enough to do so.
LaughingNeither are most politicians.
Yes. Known the founders of HR baseball for years. Started out very small. But has slowly evolved. They went to USSSA last year. I thought it was pretty neat that they offered rings to the winners/runner-up's. Great idea IMO.We’ve played in Clarksville for Home Run Baseball, same organization you’re talking about?
Fvck youPretty much the same. I am very outspoken, say whats on my mind, but do try to be respectful doing it, unless I am disrespected first.
Nice. But you spelled it wrong.Fvck you
Yes, played there a few times a year for the last 3-4 years.Yes. Known the founders of HR baseball for years. Started out very small. But has slowly evolved. They went to USSSA last year. I thought it was pretty neat that they offered rings to the winners/runner-up's. Great idea IMO.
It's the smiley facesI’m fairly similar? Some big differences through.
First, my temper doesn’t come across here. In real life, I have a massive temper, but only about dumb shit. If I make a nice dinner and then drop it on the floor, holy Christ, run for cover. But I never lose my temper over anything meaningful.
I rarely get in any confrontations with people in real life. That said, there is FAR less illogical ridiculousness and in your faceness and general assholishness in real life.
The biggest thing is that my humor seems to be lost online. Not sure why. In real life, I am nearly always the funniest person in the room; it is my absolute defining characteristic. But I feel like online I’m not funny at all. Not sure why... I think a lot of it has to do with me generally being a bit rogueish and outrageous and yet “we are all in this together”... I love to make a horrible joke with a sly grin and making everyone crack up at the outrageousness o it, but none of that comes through online. It’s strange. Maybe I’m just a lot more precise and careful when I write, and that kills it?
I have far more conflicts here than anywhere else. In the real world, I’m friends with everyone. I’ve broken up with forty something women, and am friends with every single one but one. I’ve got no enemies. Generally I get along with everyone. Here, not as much.
Ugh. I'm sorry.Pretty close.

Pretty much the same arrogant shithead, always have been. It gives me my edge.
Truth ... There are people who will harass you at your place of work because of things you've said on a message board. Learned that the hard way. Some real nut jobs.I try not to troll much online though. Never know what crazies are out there.
No one gives this much of a shit.
At first I thought ‘Yeah, he SEEMS like an asshole, but he adopted an African kid. How bad can he be?’
THEN I thought ‘Wait... but what if he is raising an African kid who will become an asshole? What then?!’
