Poor Kentucky can't schedule like that FlGator. You guys are great.

I pray for the day when Kentucky can counter the great Gators.

Can someone post the top 25 in this thread? Off hand I’d say FSU has about 8. But UF and Purdue could both be ranked at various points during the year, and we could end up playing some ranked teams in the Advocare tourney.

They do have 8, including Purdue at #24.

You guys could help us out and let us win right away and we might get in.

Hey we've already had one of our players injure Phil Cofer, now you want us to just lay down in the game too? Sheesh.

MIchigan State plays #1, 8 (possibly), 19, 21, 24, 25 (Coaches).

1 - Kansas - Champions Classic (#1 Coaches)
8 - UNC (possible) - Las Vegas Invitational (#7 Coaches)
19 - @ Michigan (#18 Coaches)
19 - Michigan (#18 Coaches)
21 - UCLA - Las Vegas Invitational (#20 Coaches)
24 - Purdue (#22 Coaches)
24 - @ Purdue (#22 Coaches)
NR - @ Nebraska (#25 Coaches)
NR - Nebraska (#25 Coaches)

Others of note:

NR - @ Florida
NR - @ Louisville

A down year projection for the B1G as well as Florida and Louisville makes our schedule a little less impressive on paper versus normal to start the season.

We only play six ranked teams during the regular season based on the current rankings and they are all in the ACC. I am pretty disappointed with our non-conference schedule to be honest. The Battle 4 Atlantis has some decent teams but none of them are currently ranked. Florida (#29) and Wisconsin (#32) are right outside the top 25 and we are not guaranteed to play either. We also play at Maryland (#31) in the ACC/B1G challenge.

#4 Duke (x2)
@ #8 UNC
#15 VT (x2)
@ #16 Syracuse
#17 FSU
@ #22 Clemson

Of the ranked teams we play once, the majority of them are on the road only.

You guys could march a middle school team out there and beat us at this point. Completely have our number.

It’ll take a barrage of 3’s for us to win in Tallahassee.

As it stands, Duke will play 7 ranked opponents not including Maui. Potentially Auburn and Gonzaga would make it 9.

The 7:

KENTUCKY
CLEMSON
FLORIDA STATE
SYRACUSE (2×)
VIRGINIA (2×)
unc (2×)
VIRGINIA TECH

So ten games not including Maui, 12 games if the teams that are supposed to win, win. Would not be shocking if up to 4 of those teams are not ranked by the time we play them.

Ham seemed to have success against White even when White was at La Tech.

Having said that, its college ball and the first game of the season, so anything is possible. Y'all very well could go 13-24 from 3.

Gonna be honest, came in here expecting one of ours to let me know the answer Laughing

Considering the entire big 12 will be in the top 100, or even 75, they'll have a ton of tier 1 games.

Won't be as many top 25 though. Lots of above average to good teams.

It was time to soften up the OOC schedule after those back to back beat downs the Hoos took from WVU. #BestVirginia

We play 12, with Kansas being a possible 13th if we meet in the NIT.

1) Kansas Possible
2) Kentucky
4) Duke
5) Virginia x2
6) Tennessee
7) North Carolina x2
10) Michigan State
15) Virginia Tech
16) Syracuse
17) Florida State
22) Clemson

That’s eight games with a possible ninth, against the top 10.

Mack's OOC schedule is a long way from Pitino's. Fan's benefit the most .

Imo, Kansas will probably play more than 10 ranked teams this season.

I would say everyone but maybe Iowa State.

I think as many as 7 will be top 75, Baylor could but I .. no faith. The Oklahomas will most likely fall outside.
Last season, Iowa State had a pair of sneaky good frosh and they're adding a solid incoming '18 class on top of having a highly-rated transfer eligible. They'll be much improved, even if I'm still a little sketch of their head coach.

I’ve been coming around on this UL team the more I think about it but that is a brutal schedule.
