How did Michigan get into the tourney!

Yeah, they over weigh how bad the really bad teams are. Instead of giving one grade for really bad teams, they break the really bad teams into tiers of awfulness.

MSU played two 1 seeds neutral court plus two other tourney teams neutral court pre conf. And our NET OOC sos is 131. Really, playing two 1 seeds neutral court is 131? Its because teams like EMU and WMU did really really bad and it weighed it down.

Too much emphasis put on margin of defeat and how bad the bad teams are you play ooc

It appears SOS means nothing considering #3 seed Tennessee has a SOS of 5 and a #2 seed has a SOS of 71.
So really, it is all BS.

Tennessee should have gotten Duke's 2 seed.

Classic example of the commitee rewarding a school because of the name on the jersey.

Duke had a better winning percentage in Road/Neutral games than UT.

We beat Gonzaga, Kentucky, UNC, Miami and ND as far as tournament teams go on road/neutral sites while UT only beat UK and Arizona as far as tournament teams go on road/neutral sites.

It seems like the committee really values your good road/neutral site wins early in the season and in conference.

The SEC Tournament doesn't really matter, it never affects seeding.

UT probably should've gotten our 2 seed but it is what it is. The Vols ended up in the easiest region imo.

I'm not the one picking on Duke. I am just bitchin in general.

This is by far the biggest problem with the computer rankings
