A great read by Dan Wetzel in regards to today's sentencing . Gatto, a 48-year-old Adidas executive, was facing a recommended 46 to 57 months in prison. Instead, he got nine months. Dawkins, a 26-year-old basketball middleman, and Code, a 45-year-old Adidas consultant, were staring at 30 to 37 months. They got six. Judge Lewis A. Kaplan laid down some gnarly quotes regarding this cluster fu c k

Judge pretty much slammed UL.

Seriously though, I just wish UNC and UL would go away. I've read enough of their practices. I can't pinpoint the last off season their shenanigans wasn't the main topic on here.

I visit Modesto on business often. I used to fly into SF but the traffic got old. I now fly into Sacramento
SFO is so far from the city. If you’re taking Bart into town, it’s a long haul. But way better than a Lyft or cab in terms of price.

Still find it weird anyone is serving jail time while the real criminals like Calipari and Coach K walk around as free men.
The real criminals are the UNC tarholes and Roy Williams. Twenty years of cheating kids out of an education. They are the real criminals.

Nice, city can be fun depending on where you stay. I always enjoy Delores Park and walking through the Mission.

Yeah, my wife hadn't been, so we did a lot of touristy things. She really liked Tiburon.

Went to UC Berkeley for grad school some 10-11 years ago. Landed a job in SF, and live in East Bay.

Nice.. well done, my man. I bet your folks are proud.

Very prestigious degree and it's enlightening to live in another area. You see how the other side does things and it can really open your mind - especially as a young adult.

You can always come home but you can't replace that experience.
