The whole bracket easily could be mostly KU, UK, DUKE, UNC UCLA, MSU, NOVA and UCONN. I tried for diversity, specifically with the 16 seeds.

just going by lowest seeds it would be George Mason, VCU, Wichita State and Loyola Chicago first four to get cut. After that...lots of 8 seeds have made it. Kentucky, Wisconsin, UNC, Butler.

2001 Arizona would be one of the next teams up as well imo.

Gilbert Arenas, Richard Jefferson. A lot of people think they outplayed duke in that final.

If having the lead for exactly zero seconds of the second half is considered outplaying your opponent, then yes, Arizona absolutely outplayed Duke.
