I'd be surprised to see him leave Penn State for Georgetown. Seems like a lateral move, at best.

I know Georgetown has a better program in historically but I'd rather be in the Big Ten, considering the direction of college sports.

Basketball is a different beast than football.

Teams don't need to leech off the top dogs like they do, particularly in the SEC, in football.

There's also so much more parity in CBB now.

He seems to love PSU. I feel like it would take a better job than Georgetown to steer him away

I would bet on him going somewhere, whether it is ND or Georgetown. That Penn St team will lose pretty much all of their best players after this year. Their squad does not look good on paper for next year. He will have to hit the portal hard if he stays.

Agree. I think he'll strike now. I personally hope it's Georgetown so he's not posted up here in Indiana. I also think he'd be really good there.

One other thing...I know there are some differences in the era, but look how long it took PSU's last two coaches to get them into a tourney. Him doing it in year 2 is impressive.
