. . . and he may have had a hard-on for Han.
Don't ruin Star Wars. None of that should ever matter when watching Star Wars.
Is there nothing sacred in Hollywood. Leave that crap out of Star Wars.
first Leia kisses Luke, now this - Star Wars is turning into Game of Thrones...
Pan·sex·u·al /panˈsekSH(əw)əl/: not limited in sexual choice with regard to biological sex, gender, or gender identity.
I think technically that means he could be into droids too. Or at least Gungans and Ewoks and shit.
Maybe the new guy. Run this idea by Billy Dee and see how it goes.
Its beastiality no matter how you want to sugarcoat it.
**** the left agenda.
For real, why is this even necessary in Star Wars?
Are we watching SW for steamy love affairs? Outside of Leia kissing Luke and Han Solo's "I know" have we ever had anything even remotely go into the sexual fluidity of characters?
Fuggggg Hollywood's stupid agenda that they have to inject into placed it doesn't belong.
Pro-Tip Hollywierdos: the Sci Fi and comic bubble will collapse and this new found audience of yours won't be buying tickets to shows and cons and you will have alienated your core audience by injecting real world issues where they don't belong thus killing the escapism we enjoy in these movies to begin with.
There was no real HETEROSEXUALITY in the OT, but we need to force feed PANSEXUALITY down a pre-existing character? Fuuuug that.
when will they realize we go to movies or watch sports etc to get away from all this "real" world crap?
Is Monae playing Lando in the upcoming solo movie that has already been cancelled?
before you all start freaking out, this is just the way the writer perceives the character - so they didn't f*** it up just yet - sounds like he wanted to do, but the people with the money on the line nixed it... note the use of the past perfect tense in bold...
he even mentions Billy Dee's character as having that quality, in his opinion... luckily, Hollywood writers are just whores and have no real power...
Asked about Lando's possible sexual fluidity ("Is he pansexual?" — i.e. not limited in sexual choice with regard to biological sex, gender or gender identity), the younger Kasdan replied, "I would say yes. There's a fluidity to Donald and Billy Dee Williams' [portrayal of Lando's] sexuality. I mean, I would have loved to have gotten a more explicitly LGBT character into this movie. I think it's time, certainly, for that, and I love the fluidity ― sort of the spectrum of sexuality that Donald appeals to and that droids are a part of."
Fn thank you.
I'm holding on to a ledge right now.
Who better to teach us correct morality than Hollywood?
I always thought R2D2 looked like one of those tiny little vibrators some women surreptitiously carry in their purse. Looked pretty worn out too.
Donald Glover can do what he wants as far as I'm concerned. I don't care about the opinion of this writer.
Have to indoctrinate the kids, get those Judeo-Christian values the hell outta here
I'd **** an ewok.
I did, and it was okay, but nothing to write to the tree about....
"When that happened, the good franchise that was Star Wars ceased to exist and became something else. It's more pablum than story now, twisted and evil."
You guys are jerks, pansexuals have feelings too.
She'd look pretty funny with her junk bald.
I’ll take “Questions nobody had” for 800, Alex.
Unless it serves a story or character arc, then this is simply pandering.
That's just a pan..this is pansexual..
Hey did you see infinity wars? Or did we discuss it when I was drunk?
I did....I was entertained. Although I very much dislike incomplete movies, where nothing gets resolved until the next movie, I still had a good time with this one. I cant figure out where I would rank it in marvel movies, but it would at least be in the top half. Better than Age of Ultron, for instance.
So....nerds...your hero is gay. What's up with that? Kinda out of nowhere.
When they do it, its indoctrination but when religion does it, its ok.
That said, i dont see the purpose of this either, just sounds like a bad attempt at trying to appeal to a demographic that watches regardless of representation.
It's already dead. Let it go. It died when The Last Jedi came out.
Ha. This is f-ing marvelous.
I concur with all of that.
