    Anybody gonna call these Big Ten teams out?
    I guess it will take a Gator from an SEC school to do so!
    We often hear Big-Ten fans ALWAYS bitching on the football boards about something!

    The Big Ten is a mess, maybe no one will notice!
    Well, I noticed!
    ===================================================================
    Losers of 5 out of their last 6 games:

    at Penn St: 76-90 L
    Nebraska: 80-68 W
    at Indiana: 54-66 L
    at #12 Maryland: 55-67 L
    Wisconsin: 57-61: L
    West Virginia: 59-67 L

    Why is Ohio State (12-6, 2-5) still ranked in the polls?
    Why is a team with a losing conference record even close to being ranked?
    =======================================================

    Losers of 3 out of their last 4 games:

    at Iowa: 83-90 L
    at Minnesota: 67-75 L
    Purdue: 84-78 (2OT) W <-- Almost embarrassed here!
    at Michigan St: 69-87 L

    Why is Michigan (11-6, 2-4) still ranked in the polls?
    Both Michigan and Ohio St needed to be bounced out of the polls for good asap!
    ================================================================

    Lastly, our consensus pre-season #1 pick for the Final Four/National Championship,
    Michigan St Spartans (14-4, 6-1). Seems like a respectable record but just got beat down by a middle of a pack Purdue team by 30 points:

    42-71 L

    Purdue's (10-8, 3-4) best chance for a post season this year wil either be the NIT or CBI.
    MSU should drop all the way to 25 or so for that kind of shellacking!

    In the SEC, we let our performance do the talking!
    All of these Big Ten teams are not performing!

    There’s 7 B1G schools in the top 21 of Kenpom, not a single SEC school.

    Looks like a lot of OVERRATED there!

    Many of those teams should drop pretty soon!

    Oh well, rankings don't mean anything.

    Big Ten NEVER wins ANYTHING!
    Just like Georgia (in 1980), last NCAA champion for Big-whatever was in 2000!

    BIG-Ten (actually 14 teams but you guys can't count just like the Big-Twelve.

    We have to keep translating like the following:
    Ten = 14
    Twelve = 10

    A lot of uneducated college grads from this great USA!

    In the Big 14, only Michigan St (14-4, 6-1)has a decent conference record. All of the rest are either under 0.500 or just one game above 0.500.

    I guess that in relation to the Big-Ten, Michigan State is THE BOMB and all of the rest SUCK!

    13 Ohio St (12-6, 2-5) <------ 13th
    17 Purdue (10-8, 3-4) <-- tied for 9th
    18 Michigan (11-6, 2-4) <----- 12th
    22 Wisconsin (11-7, 4-3)
    34 Minnesota (10-7, 4-3)

    Some of those so called Top 50 wins must have come against teams with crappy overall records (i.e, playing other crappy Big-Ten teams)!

    This is such an odd post on a Saturday evening after your team just went in dry on a top 5(LOL) team.

    OP might have a touch of the dumb....or he's drunk. Either way, yikes.

    In conference play, those three teams are only 4-3, 4-2 & 3-4, respectively. Too mediocre to be ranked in the top 25 of the AP/Coachs' polls.

    Big-Ten should change their name to the Big-Mediocre Conference because that is what they actually are!

    Because of their conference record, only Michigan St deserves to be ranked. But hardly top 10 or even top 20 - not after that 29 point beat down by a 10-8 Purdue Big-Mediocre team.

    After getting some early season hype, the rest are nothing special! Certainly undeserving of a ranking, right now!

    One of you Mediocre-Teams could separate from the pack. Or, you will all just have mediocre records just above or below 0.500!

    I am also celebrating that 10-year anniversary of Florida mashing a Top 5, #2 Michigan St way back in 2009, lol!

    You have to admit, what the hell is Ohio St and Michigan St doing in ANY Top 25 poll. They both should have been long gone after last week!

    These guys get a two-week reprieve to prove themselves?

    How can you use conference records to determine that a conference is overrated?
