I'm a Saints fan, but I wasn't able to watch the game. I'll take it... starting 0-2 in the NFL makes getting to the playoffs really tough.

Kicker Gonzalez might never make an XP or FG again. That he single-handedly lost today's game is all in his head now.

If our kicker still has a job Monday I don't know what I'll do.

If he wasn't shit we'd be 2-0 lmao.

Browns kicker also sucked last week and arguably lost us that game too. Two weeks in a row he's basically been the reason we lose. Not like he just needs to make 55 yarders to win either.

Like how do you do that time and time again? Browns MO is Murphy’s Law. What can’t go wrong, WILL GO WRONG. First week you break your record losing streak with a tie against your biggest rival, the best team you could ask for to break your streak, and it’s tainted because it’s a tie after giving the win away? Very next week same thing, you snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory. Could’ve been the best start since the team’s expansion.

    you rang?

Usual suspects will take the blame from the irrational fans for the loss but this one is on the kicker.

Sucks, but encouraged as a whole by the way they played.....but more pissed and frusrated at the loss, which is better than indifference.

    what about him?

TT did his part in even giving his team a shot. I like baker and there have been times I wanted to see him, but cannot imagine he gets his first start on a short week.....nor should he.

No doubt it sucked, and Haley will probably take some blame...as he should for a couple questionable calls. But overall a solid gameplan. Kicker does his job and they win a game no one thought they would.

I would add while some will foolishly blame Jackson for the loss, the only coach who would have deserved ridicule had his team lost was Payton.....wow did he **** up by even allowing the Browns a chance to tie

Hue Jackson kept his job with the football guy making the call after 1-31 and is now 0-1-1 this year and 8-9-1 when coaching a team that isn't tanking.

You think Hue should have made those kicks?

Browns are what I suspected. A very feisty team that is covering spreads but not quite a playoff team yet. Right now the kicker is the weak link, a problem that can be resolved before the flight lands in Cleveland. Browns will shake up the AFC North with some unforeseen upsets, but ultimately these types of games are going to prevent them from being a factor this year.

I don’t believe in curses. The Browns are a talented team, their defense is a force with mostly young players and the offense has enough to compete. When the winless streak monkey finally gets off their back that team will go on a nice run. Leave the kicker in NO and get ready for Thursday, Jets are ripe to be picked off on a short week with a QB who just got his first NFL reality check and now has to prep for a ferocious pass rush on a short week.

Pretty much how I see it. Sucks they lost, but held NO to 275 total yards in the dome?

Lost as a team....while overall the D was excellent, they even need to take some responsibility as they could not stop NO from scoring each time they needed to to get back into and win the game.

That said, if the kicker could make a kick they are 2-0. Frustrating to say the least.

They are there man. A very easy position to upgrade is what is keeping them from 2-0 vs teams that were in the divisional round of last year's playoffs. They will smoke the Jets on Thursday, enough is enough. Tyrod knows Bowles D and has been successful against him. and the Jets O was exposed yesterday as still a work in progress and Darnold is getting that "oh shit, its hard AF every week in this league" reality check. Lock of the week for the Browns.

Browns are in a bad spot, real bad spot.

This is a do or die game and its only the 3rd damn game of the year........if we dump this the locker room will be lost no doubt. I don't care what our record says we are we will be 0-3 if we lose Thursday.........crazy thing is with a kicker we would have won the first two games.

I guess we should thank Sashi Brown for drafting Zane Gonzalez, thanks a lot Sashi and you wonder why we fired you...
