Umm, Iowa and Ohio State played the same opponents the last two weeks.
    Indiana @ OSU 26-49
    Minnesota @ OSU 14-30

    Iowa @ Minnesota 48-31
    Iowa @ Indiana 42-16

These are power rankings are they not?

Two mutual opponents justifies why Iowa should be ranked above Ohio State? Yeah no. Maybe if Iowa beat Wisconsin it would be different, but until then you'll have to settle for 3rd.

Have been for weeks. I think Nebraska would beat Rutgers on a neutral field but they're winless so they get ranked last. Hell even UCLA wooped Cal this week, that makes Nebraska the only P5 winless football team. Bethune Cookman can't get here soon enough

Nebraska would only have one loss if they played Eye-Oh-Was’ schedule. Just sayin.

I honestly don't know what to think about any B10 team actually being anything as far as great/good this year. There's not a single team that doesn't have at the very least a major wart or two.

About the only absolute is Buttgers is the worst P5 team in the land.

I agree with this. I don't think there is as much separation as some of these posts suggest. There is a lot of parity in the league this year. The MSU/PSU game proves that. Michigan showed something today, but the real test comes next week.

It's kind of illogical to down rank Penn State even after two losses. Both games were down to the wire winnable games. It's great that Sparty got a win over Penn State but that still doesn't hide the fact that our offense lacks any kind of imagination. It's so vanilla that every game we play it's close even against inferior talent (ASU, Indiana, CMU, N-dub) because no matter how good the D is our offense keeps the other team in the game no matter what name is on their jersey.

For that reason I can't move Sparty up.

Maybe. There's a whole lot of "yeah, but..." to this league this year.

Put a gun to my head...tier them all up as such. Each tier, I reiterate is not in any solid order - remaining schedules for top 2 tiers.

    OSU (@Pur, Neb, @MSU, @Mary, Mich)
    Michigan (@MSU, PSU, @Rut, Ind, @OSU)

MSU (Mich, Pur, @Mary, OSU, @Neb, Rut)
    PSU (@Ind, Iowa, @Mich, Wisc, @Rut, Mary)
    UW (Ill, @NW, Rut, @PSU, @Pur, Minn)
    Iowa (Mary, @PSU, @Pur, NW, @Ill, Neb)
    NW (@Rut, Wisc, ND, @Iowa, @Minn, Ill)
    Purdue (OSU, @MSU, Iowa, @Minn, Wisc, @Ind)
    Maryland (@Iowa, Ill, MSU, @Ind, OSU, @PSU)

    Indiana
    Minnesota
    Illinois
    Nebraska

    Rutgers

I can see scenarios where the B10CCG, both teams have multiple losses. The B10W winner might have 4 losses. And unless OSU or Michigan runs the table, no CFP for the B10 this year.

It went poorly for us last year. Hopefully we can have a repeat of the 2016 game when we play them in a few weeks.

It's in Ann Arbor and we have an offense now.

Nothing's a given with us as you well know, but i feel good about it. This week's game has me nervous as hell though.

I think if Michigan replayed the ND game they would beat them.
Know a lot of people think different but Michigan has been impressive every week unlike Ohio State.

5-1, best win is against ISU and I believe ISU is 3-3 and if they played today I think ISU wins that game.

We’ll see this weekend, if Iowa beats Maryland convincingly I could change my mind.

Lol at h8ful, So full of hate. Iowa has a top 10 defense and an offense that in the last 4 weeks has moved itself from 100s to 60's and climbing. Hate all you want but Iowa is a solid team. To the poster that said "eye test" and then put MSU above Iowa. Iowa would piss pound them on a neutral field.
