I agree that radical Muslims hate non Muslims. But I am not going to assume that all Muslims do.

They don't, but the ones that go to Mosque are taught to do exactly that. Sorry. Even the Mosques in the U.S.

Take a guess on who funds building Mosques in the U.S.?

Saudi’s Arabia promotes Wahhabism, but I don’t believe the majority of Muslims are Wahhabist. So, not sure how you say mosques are funded by Saudi Arabia.

    WHITE HOUSE

Trump confirms death of Osama bin Laden's son

    By CHRISTIAN VASQUEZ

    09/14/2019 09:42 AM EDT

President Donald Trump on Saturday confirmed Osama bin Laden's son has been killed in a U.S. counterterrorism operation.

"Hamza bin Ladin, the high-ranking al-Qa’ida member and son of Usama bin Ladin, was killed in a United States counterterrorism operation in the Afghanistan/Pakistan region," Trump said in a statement released by the White House press office.

"The loss of Hamza bin Ladin not only deprives al-Qa’ida of important leadership skills and the symbolic connection to his father, but undermines important operational activities of the group. Hamza bin Ladin was responsible for planning and dealing with various terrorist groups," Trump continued.

Hamza Bin Laden's death was first reported last month, with reports citing anonymous U.S. officials. Trump had refused to comment on the matter.

Bin Laden was introduced as a voice of Al Qaeda in August 2015 as “a young lion to carry forth the cause.”

His father, Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden, was killed by U.S. forces in Pakistan in 2011.

Shortly after the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon on September 11, 2001, that killed nearly 3,000 people, President George W. Bush declared that U.S. forces would get the Al Qaeda leader “dead or alive.”

Any radical version of religion is bad.

I think that when people compare Christianity to Islam in the scope of radicalized beliefs, I think they are pointing out the similarities in order to support the argument that religion has no place in running the country.

Yes, we are a Christian nation by majority and as citizens we have a right to support legislation that we feel aligns with our values but, when creating legislation based on religion, we often find that others rights have been violated. We also set a precedent that eventually may end up creating the same type of atmosphere we find in ultra conservative Muslim countries.

Having laws based on religious beliefs is all good when it is your religion that holds the power. What we don’t think about is down the road when it isn’t a religion we support that starts to call the shots. What happens when there is a targeted effort to gain control in certain regions by extremists and the laws start to encroach on Christian values and some other religion is being forced upon you? With states rights debates etc, it would be very possible for radicalized Islam to make laws in places such as Dearborn and once it does, what would stop a foreign government from financing more political opponents to Christianity in order to gain more influence?

One area we hear about is teaching Christianity in schools. We need to bring Jesus back into public schools is heard quite often. Well, if you do that, what is stopping Muslims from demanding the same and at what level does it become indoctrination? Does this open the door for some religion you have never heard of gaining power and influence and do the kids buy into the propaganda to the point that they stand up for this new religion? If so, they outnumber us older folks and in theory they could force us to follow their lead and their laws.

Please list the Christian morals versus the Muslims. The Hindus and Buddhists have wonderful morals, the Christians have wonderful morals. The Muslims. . . . . . . So before you lie farther please do a little study. Until then stop your moral equivocating.

    Thanks.

Have you ever read the U.S. bill of rights? Religion and state were separated. Yet in your diatribe above you act like we are in Canada and the U.K. You do not understand the Constitution or our government. Religious texts can be studied in U.S. public schools, but the schools and state can not have a state religion. Do you understand the difference? By the way, the only free country in the world that does have the separation of state and religion is the U.S. I would appreciate you adding another country to my list of one.

Now go to Saudi Arabia and fly in with a cross around your neck. If you survive come back and tell us how it went.

I am not about to do that.

It is time Islam had a Renaissance movement like the Christians had. It is a 1,000 years late.

Our most advanced military equipment is so classified they aren’t going to talk about it and explain it to Congress during a session broadcasted on CSPAN that can be uploaded to youtube or have Fox or CNN talk about it within minutes. The military loves saying in its briefings to Congress that “insert enemy country” has more advanced weaponry because they want Congress to give them more money. Are they outpacing us, maybe, but we can easily catch up and surpass them. The US has a military budget of $610 billion compared to $228 billion for China. The biggest disadvantage the US has is actual manpower compared to China. They just have so many god damn people.

Yeah, it's definitely not panic mongor kind of stuff. I always found it interesting how any opponent tips their hand at what they have at their disposal. I guess videos like that are used more as a "deterrent" than having any tried and true historical effectiveness.

It’s been clear for decades that the world has been heading towards a multi-polar power structure. The hegemony the US had post-WW2 was temporary. China will overtake the US by itself at current rates. Russia will likely wain. At current time, we are at a disadvantage due to Russia and China’s proximity to each other, as well as their proclivity towards communism — they are natural allies.

And what about our allies? France going to help us? Ha

I suddenly had the image of @dukedevilz finding some graphics on this. This topic would also be good to hear from @TheDude1, @BasketBallJunkie-UK , @SNU0821 & @Bert Higginbotha . Those cats seem to be in good understanding of the world's political climate too.

I just like the technology videos.

Yeah. I don't particularly care for the "locked and loaded" rhetoric from Trump. We're saying it was Iran, the Saudis are not wanting to blame Iran. We should wait for hard evidence of involvement before publicly blaming Iran of carrying out an act of war. But yeah, someone fvcked up I would have to believe.

What did keg stand Kavanaugh do to these people? This should finish the democratic propaganda machine known as the failing New York Times. But it won't. There is no accountability for fake news.

I love they brought this up. I really hope they keep harping on this, even though this "new claim" has been thoroughly investigated. This is an issue that will only push people to the vote Republican.

What fake news did Fox ride all the way to the top? Lol. I'm sure some of their stuff isn't accurate, but I'd be willing to wager the severity and number of times they've engaged in #fakenews pales in comparison to the likes of MSNBC, CNN, the NYTimes, etc.

They all do it. Some (Fox) don't do it nearly as much as others.
