He was never going anywhere.... but he just made a lot more money by acting like it was a possibility.
I was concerned they might get a really good coach.
its good for both himself and UCLA, he can stay in a school with less expectation, and UCLA can look for a better coach than the likes of Barnes.
UCLA hasn't had anyone noteworthy since Wooden, other than a brief stint by Larry Brown.
Barnes in two of the best seasons all time in UT history is 0-3 verses Auburn
But that does not count. Della is most proud of being 4-2 against UK even though they flame out early in the NCAA where the refs don't call Williams flopps. jumpingsmile

UT just flames out when it really counts. You saw the tears in the UT players eyes when they lost to Purdue in the NCAA tournament. You know why. Because that is what those players play all year for. The NCAA tournament. Did you see tears when they lost to UK in the regular season or Auburn in the SEC championship? No, because those games are not that important. UT just can't carry the load when it really counts. You can brag all you want about beating UK but you and the players know UT blew it again this year. The year UT had their best team ever could not even get out of the sweet 16. The best team UT ever had and still couldn't even make the Elite 8.

Actually we beat our Rivals UL, KU, and UNC. UT doesn't mean as much to UK as UK does to UT. Plus we beat UT and went farther than them in the main tournament.Your argument is idiotic. UK fans going on about it so, Bert making up a song when UT lost to Purdue, and all the hate UK fans have shown UT suggests that it means more to UK fans than you are letting on. Many have expressed hate for UT, Barnes, Williams ect... It is the opposite of being indifferent. So, I suppose, I'm telling you your full of shit.
However, I wish you a wonderful Summer too. Do you have any fun things planned? Summer is actually my favorite season, I love doing outdoor things.
