August Tournament NCAA

Something Cal has been trying to promote, and mini tournament in August since football hasn't started and its a lull period for college sports.

Maybe the P6 conferences could pit conference against conference. Winners play winners, losers play losers after the 1st round. Get some practice in for the new teams and and it should be a fun tournament, although somewhat sloppy maybe. But hell hoops is hoops. Maybe take top 5 preseason from each conference, or previous top 5 finishers.
