Well, let's rock and roll.
Bernie would have won
Yesterday was a sad day for a lot of hard working people, close to 5,000 were laid off as a result of decision to abandon the construction of two new nuclear reactors here in South Carolina.
Are they putting in coal ones instead?
I will not go - I do what I want
You're not my supervisor.
No. Actually, we're in a bit of a pickle as a result of this. Not only have we closed all but 3 of our coal production facilities, we also failed to convert them to clean coal in the event that this day would come as we were certain to move to the cleaner option of nuclear.
Now, we're going to be buying energy from neighboring utilities until we can build more natural gas facilities.
Don't get your panties in a wad this early in the thread.
I was just filling in for your wife while she completes your to do list.

And I thought any support for gay marriage or gays in the military (not ladyboys) is STRICTLY anti-conservative?
Then there is his strong record for gender equality regarding equal pay in the workplace...what a chauvinist!!
Trump has done a couple of conservative things, so in Aubie's world, he is by definition a FAR Right (is there any other designation less moderate for a right winger?) radical conservative...
to which sabanist replied:
If your not farleft, youre far right apoarently
This. And that is an extremist, fanatic view. Moreso the left than the right. And the "tolerance"(lol) of the left bears this out.
My wife died in a plane crash five years ago, asshole.
I poisoned her.
Recipe or STFU.
You're a dietician. Come up with your own damn recipe.
Page 1 MAGA action!
I'll just leave this here.
I would have voted for Red Bernie over Trump, but Bernie wouldn't have won. Americans don't elect Socialists, even democratic ones. We aren't Statists...
And we ALL know how accurate the polls were in 2016...
Do you guys pick up the new thread where the last one left off every month or is it Groundhog Day in here?
Does the President understand the definition of the word "collusion"? Mueller is going to eat him alive.
"In response to New York Times reporting that Donald Trump Jr. met with a Russian lawyer during the campaign, President Donald Trump dictated a misleading statement for his son, The Washington Post reported Monday evening.
The Post, citing multiple people with knowledge of the situation, said the original plan in response to the Times' reporting was to issue a truthful statement ahead of the story, but then Trump personally decided to have the statement say Trump Jr. had met with the lawyer, Natalia Veselnitskaya, to discuss adoption of Russian children by people in the US. The Post reports that Trump dictated the statement while flying back to Washington from the G20 summit in Hamburg, aboard Air Force One."
Nah. Just another day in the hood.
Don't hold your breath.
Most of the national polls were within the margin of error.
Yet, every pundit on the left including those on this board said he had no path to victory.
They never thought it was close.
go to the 2:50 mark
A pundit's prediction is not a poll
There were no polls that said he was going to win Wisconsin or Pennsylvania.
Cenk is not a poll.
That's what they were basing their predictions on. They were quick to throw those up when making prognostications.
There were many polls that showed Clinton's lead within the margin of error in those states that she lost. The problem is people don't understand how polls/statistics work.
And a lot of them don't really understand how polls work either.
The 2016 election was less about poll accuracy and more about how detestable Hillary is.
No. How detestable politicians are.
They don't really understand the voters either.
