Are top teams better today or before One and done, NIL?

Now you can build/buy a team for a year and back then you could develop a team over 4 years. Which top teams were/are better?

Uconn from the last two years could def hang with any champ pre NIL, IMO.

Teams are old as shit now. The covid year thing also has helped teams. I mean Auburn has 4 dudes playing a 5th full season right nkw

I don't know enugh about how UConn does things to agree or disagree.

It definitely helps the top teams now imo. Duke, UK and KU can just steal the best established upperclassmen to fill in gaps in their roster to go along with a few returning players and stud freshmen.

Duke is going to be really tough to stop under this new model but we might be losing our GM Rachel Baker in the offseason along with stud recruiter Jai Lucas so we'll see.
