Agree with everything except the all defensive team.
There’s no way Kenny Williams should’ve been left off that team.

Agreed.

Also thought Roy would have received more votes for COY. I would have been fine if he won it.

Bowman receiving a vote for POY seems ridiculous.

Barrett and White should have been unanimous decisions on all-frosh team.

Looks about right on all teams. I thought Mack would of got a little more love on COY but you guys did him/team dirty when you played. That would of helped IMO had UL won.

I thought that 20 point beat down at UNC would’ve been enough, but voters

This is the only thing that really bothers me.

I like it- this is the kind of thing that will piss KW off.

Meanwhile Zion probably likely to rest on his laurels and remain in street clothes until the NCAAT starts.

So what. What will he do about it. Get my fries at McDonald’s in June

Thought Khwan Fore would’ve been on or close to the Defensive team. He put clamps on Barrett

Kenny wasn’t always great on D but was solid. Surprised Roy didn’t get more props. He has way less talent then UVA but tied with them. They seem to love Bennett every year though. Tough conference for stuff like this.

some of y'all take way too much stuff seriously. I'm pretty sure Cory was fukkin around when he poasted that.

However, I grant you that it is Cory so he might have been serious, but I doubt it.

UNC has at least two five stars right- how man top 50 players do UVA have?

The 2016 class was pretty strong. Here are the rivals ranks

Guy - 43
Huff - 50
Jerome - 53
Hunter - 60
Key - 64

Diakite was pretty high too before he reclassified

Looks about right.
I don’t know . . . I didn’t see ESPN mentioned anywhere. They all but play the games for them.

I kid, I kid.

Take it how you want. It's just not shocking that an unemployed slob that sleeps in every day would eat at McDonald's.
Who would that be because it sure isn’t me. I have traveled for work each of the last 6 weeks and am currently in a hotel after two meetings and a dinner.

This is why UNC fans are laughed at constantly.

This is the part I keep going back and forth on.

I think it is all too difficult to really complain about in a league like the ACC. I was using some hyperbole to illustrate that Roy has taken a bunch of guys not that highly ranked in general and excelled with them, especially compared to teams they are on par with. No real issue with Bennett though. He is fantastic.

Starting lineups I think I UVA has an advantage if we go by expectations. UNC obviously has some talent though, elite talent in the freshman group.

I’d be willing to bet UVa’s Starting line up was rated higher on average than UNC’s.

Then Roy doesn’t deserve COY simply for being outrecruited by Bennett and our boring ass pace
I don’t have a problem with COY accolades. I was responding to the reactions of Cory’s post that UVa has more talent than UNC

Peronally, it’s, silly to go by High School ratings. On the whole, I’d say UVa has a slight talent advantage to UNC. Your defense is enough to outweigh our offense.

Yeah, both teams are pretty close. I think they may have the slight edge but when you are talking about great teams it can all be so subjective. Who knows really? Mainly just trying to stir up some back and forth. Really good players with great coaches.
