They're an enigma, for sure.
Seems like they play to the level of their competition. Wins over Gonzaga, Houston, and Baylor. Crazy impressive. The losses to Missouri and Georgia are much worse than the early season loss to Iona. They're one of those teams you're not sure whether they'll lose in the Round of 64 - or perhaps make a run to the Elite Eight.

Yeah Alabama has multiple players banged up. The Texas Tech transfer was expected to start but was injured preseason. Just have to play through injuries with or without players*.They got pounded by Memphis too.
That Baylor win has an asterisk though, Baylor was down 2 key players.
3s or shots in the circle at the basket. Zero midrange shots. That's Oats offense. So if they are not hitting 3s the defense plays off the 3 point line and bunches everyone in the lane to defend the basket. It's either great or terrible. The terrible is still better than AJ, Grant and Gottfried's crap.Don't they play fast and fire up tons of threes? Seems like when I watch them they are either smoking from deep or really cold.

He was promised a total renovation of Coleman or a new arena when he was hired. Covid set the process back a bit.No doubt. I like Oats. They are a fun team to watch.
You will never see them shoot from mid-range, period. It's only 3's and points in the paint.Don't they play fast and fire up tons of threes? Seems like when I watch them they are either smoking from deep or really cold.
Need we remind you that Kentucky was 9-16 last year? That's like sweeping the season series against Vandy.
Come on, man. UK cut that 20pt loss in Lexington to 11 in Tuscaloosa. Give them 'Cats some respect.Need we remind you that Kentucky was 9-16 last year? That's like sweeping the season series against Vandy.
