Aidan Igiehon commits to Louisville

That kid is going to be a really good player in 2-3 years. Athleticism is there. When the skill catches up, look out.

Not to knock any Pitino players, but IMO you can't put enough emphasis on a new coach get "his guys" there. If I were a UL fan I'd be ecstatic with his first full recruiting class. Very solid core moving forward.

Nice pick up for Cards. Mack is over achieving with all the negativity swirling around the Louisville program

Y’all got a good one. It’s really hard to not like Chris jack. The guy is a good coach, and a winner. You should be glad you didn’t get Cronin

The best thing is, anyone who wants to come back that is eligible to come back can AND we have a class of 6. Means a deep roster of talent and experience with would be 3 jrs, 4 seniors, and 6 freshman.

UL’s not even gonna be the best team with a post season ban.... that right belongs to Kansas

@zipp is a ***hut.
I am with you on that. He is still falling all over Pitino and Jurich. I believe Mack will be a much better hire than Pitino ever was at Louisville. Pitino was there 16 years with no titles and he brought a lot of shame to the university.

He's a dick. Can be funny. But mostly a fvking dick.
Parrish says there was a prominent coach within the last three years that had been recruiting a kid hard, attended over thirty of his games over two years, etc. Calipari came in after seeing the kid once the previous summer and watched him play one game. The recruit then committed to Kentucky. That’s not the craziest part. According to Parrish, the coach started spreading rumors about how Cal must have cheated to get the recruit, that he barely knew his name, etc. So, Cal confronted the coach in Vegas.

Parrish recounts the story, which he says he heard from five different sources:

“100% true, John confronts this guy in Vegas, because he heard the guy was yapping. He confronts him. Cal approaches the coach and says something like ‘Listen, I know what you’ve been saying’

‘No, I haven’t been saying–‘

‘I know you did, I know you said what you said. I’ve heard it from enough people, but I want you to understand one thing. Yes I am the type of guy who can come in at the last minute and take any player I want from you. You can spend your whole life recruiting a kid and at the end of the day, if I want him, I’ll get him. If we want him, we’ll get him. Don’t ever get that confused. Be appreciative every time I don’t come in and get your guy. Don’t accuse me of cheating when I do."‘

I didn’t say–‘

‘Yes you did say that. And it’s fine, but just understand, nothing stupid went on. It’s just that I’m me, and we’re Kentucky and we can come in and get that kid whenever we want.”

Being I'm posting it here, you can guess the coach.

Lol Eloy Vargas. That’s funny and even Louisville fans have to admit it.

I think the kid is better than his ranking btw

Zipp actually posted this comment:

and this

in THIS THREAD: https://louisville.forums.rivals.com/threads/aidan-igiehon-commits-to-louisville.41444/#post-503092

First of all, what the heck else was Tyra supposed to do? That's what the NCAA demanded. We lost the appeal because Zipp's best friend hired a terrible investigator (Chuck Smrt).

But this literally goes to show that @zipp is a UofTJ/RP fan. The fact that you post this in a thread where a player commits under a new HC that has absolute 0 baggage is not only embarrassing, but it's almost wishful thinking in that he wants something bad to happen so he can say that "he was right" about Tyra being a bad AD and making a bad hire.

He has a shirt with TJ on it and protested..........and his profile pic is TJ...
