The bottom is pretty bad.
I’m really not sure what to think of NC State. They have a solid coach and really good PG, but how can anyone say for sure given they almost had complete roster turnover? Sure, the transfers have been practicing for a year which helps, but who knows now they all mesh? They’re beating teams pretty badly to start the year but these look like sub 200 or 300 programs.

This is just an Iowa fan's humble opinion, but I think you put Syracuse in the wrong tier

I think there’s a decent chance. 8 seems like a lock. 9 or 10 is possible. Depends on if teams like NCSU are as good as they look so far.
He should be. They are terrible .
