2021-22 Pick 'Em, Final Standings

I kinda hope this happens so I can see Hail sweat on Selection Sunday. He says they are securely in at 17-14 even with a loss to IU. I'm not so sure.
Well shit, I didn't even realize Hail was on the selection committee! Can he tell us the rest of the field since it's apparently already set?

Sorry, lurk. Hate to do this to you since you're in the hunt for the title, but I've consistently docked someone the whole 6 points if they miss a game. So, your new values would be...

5- Marquette
4- UNLV
3- Florida
2- Kansas State
1- Florida State
I understand. I made my prediction 2 minutes into the game. Sucks but it what it is.

What happened to the Michigan pick at #3? Actually it don't matter.

6- Marquette
5- Michigan
4- Florida State
3- UNLV
2- Kansas State
1- Florida

0 for 6. That's good, right?

0 will be my new low score (first time ever in 4 years). My previous low score of 7 will be added back (previously deducted). I think lurk also had a 0. I want to say his previous low was also 7. Crazy week.

Also, how about all of the wild finishes these past two days? Fantastic week of college basketball.

What's the winner get other than bragging rights? I say let him give everyone a summer avatar.

I'm good with that. Anyone else?

Lurk had 0 too. The 2 high-scorers with the big goose egg going into the home stretch!

Of course the current leader is good with that. 😆 I would say that's something that should be agreed upon at the beginning of the season but anyone that wants to participate, have at it!

I agree it's silly. It's basically rewarding you for having a really bad week. But rules are rules. I vote to drop it next year though.

If it wasn't a rule, and I did my math correct, I'd be 5 pts out of first. With the rule I think I'm still going to be down 16 :(

I was talking about the winner getting to assign everyone an avatar for the summer. 😆

I wait til pretty late in the season to drop the weekly lowest score. If I did it in week 3 or 4, I would have to keep adjusting seemingly every week. But, it's the lowest weekly score, regardless of when it happens. I already adjusted one or two other posters who had new low scores.

I say you drop high score too... Let's really make things interesting. 😎

Maybe we could do that for next year. But, feels like it would have to be a normal 21-point week. Otherwise, most everyone would have a double-points week dropped.

Congrats to @IUfanBorden on winning a week where almost everyone else feel in the dumpster.

Check out these anemic scores! 8 of the 13 posters had less than 5 points. This may be the worst week in Pick'Em history. 3 of us were shut out completely. Lurk and I weren't the only ones with new low scores. duckboy, mossy, and Exit all had new lows. And I previously forgot to account for Kevin's new low score from last week (net gain of 3).

I don't have my spreadsheet on me right now, so I'll have to double-check the correct number for all of the low scores that are being dropped. But, I believe the cumulative scores are accurate.

so busy at work I really don't have time to even do this. But as the hottest player in this competition over the past 6 weeks I owe it to my fans to compete.

Wish you weren't spotting me points. I'll put an asterisk by the title if I win by 5 points or less.

This Notre Dame-Rutgers game is quite significant now. It will be a 10-point swing for the victor. If ND wins, you'd only be 3 points behind me. If Rutgers wins, then I'd have a 13 point lead.

You get docked 6 points for missing the first game, unfortunately. So, 5-4-3-2-1 for the final 5 games.

The beginning of the week is my busiest time. Mondays are almost a complete no go for me on here, so that's why there's so many times I made Tuesday picks. If Monday bleeds into Tuesday, then im shit out of luck.
