    It's better for the league absolutely. For UK? Meh. The first 6 years with Cal the SEC was awful and they went to like 4 final fours. Haven't to been one since with the SEC getting better.

    Yup. There is no actual argument for any school other than UCLA due to titles being #1. Clearly a few better teams in the 21st century (Duke, UNC, UConn and Nova off the top of my head) but that doesn't mean much overall.

    Just adding onto my previous post- from Sam Vecenie's 50 young talent rankings. UK/Duke have 11 of the top 50 eligible for this exercise, and that's not counting Tatum/Fox/Bam who are top 10 guys in that ranking. Nuts. Duke has- #3 Zion #19 RJ Barrett #37 Wendell Carter #41 Gary Trent Jr #45...

    Baylor played their A game and Gonzaga wasn't ready for it. Don't think them losing changes how good they were other than moving them to the long list of great teams that didn't cut down the nets.
