I am no longer 5'11" but for the first 60 years of my life I was and for my 32 year career I weighted between 164 to 170 lbs. I always said that 166 lbs. was my fighting weight. I am now shorter and Monday at the doctors office I weighed 164 lbs., but now it is a flabby out of shape 164. I still wear the same size suits as I did when I worked.
